Mommy & Me Monday: Make Minty Marshmallows

Now don't be intimidated by this one. Trust me. Homemade marshmallows are much easier than you might think and they taste SO AWESOME! Your children (and you) will be amazed that you made your own marshmallows. This recipe makes a ton of marshmallows.
