JB Fit Kids Program
Beginning November 1, JB Fitness will offer classes for movers & shakers ranging in age from 18 months to 5 years. Taught by an elementary school teacher, this class will incorporate movement and education in a way that promotes a healthy lifestyle. It’s never too early to learn to live well!
